In India, insurance is still not considered an important investment unlike in other countries. Looking at the low reach of insurance and a huge, underserved market, Mr. Kiran Maheriya saw an opportunity to serve people by spreading awareness about the importance of financial protection. He started his journey as an LIC agent in 1993, and today he runs a major insurance agency called Chamunda Corporation with a dedicated staff of 15 people.

Chamunda Corporation was founded in 2008 with the aim of serving the highly underserved insurance market in Narol, East Ahmedabad. Today, the company serves more than 4,000 customers across Ahmedabad and nearby localities. Driven by years of hard work, reputation, and earned trust, Chamunda Corporation has grown into one of the largest insurance agencies in Gujarat.

Mr. Kiran Maheriya has many feathers in his cap. He has been recognized by LIC and various general insurance companies with more than 70 awards to date. He is a proud member of the Chairman's Club, Chief Life Insurance, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), and the Indian Financial Professional Association.
